Shipping policy

We are dedicated to delivering your products after they have been carefully, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged for transport. We'll stay in touch with you throughout the process and address any challenges that come up.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS with the tracking AWB number once your order is dispatched. Click on that to check your package’s current location. 
  • We ship to all the locations served by Delhivery.

  • Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order smoother.

  • While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

  • For Residences/ Offices situated on ground floor, products would be handed over to doorstep

Conveyance/ Posting & Handling Charges

  • No postage and handling charges to be paid from the customer’s side.
  • No Conveyance fees to be paid from the customer’s side.
  • No fees chargeable to be paid from the customer’s side

Shipping Cost

  • All prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping. In COD we charge a minimal amount for shipping which is mentioned in the payments checkout.

Deliveries

  • All the orders are processed in 1-3 working days. Will get to you in a week's time or less.
  • If the product has run out of stock, it may take longer. The period may go up to 10 days. 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to all the locations served by courier partner through Delhivery.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • In case the product is lost by courier company its their liability, and we will send you the product again. It's only applicable if it shows lost in the Delhivery panel. 
  • In case the product shows delivered and you have gotten the msg of delivered on your registered mobile no. or E-mail, we will resolve the problem if you let us know within 24 Hrs or else, according to us it's delivered and we will not accept the complain of it being undelivered.
